I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health and high spirits. I am the Lead Designer of an upcoming app focused on menstruation education and support for teens. I am reaching out to you because your insights and experiences as a parent of a teenager and as a teenager are incredibly valuable to us.

Our aim is to create a user-centered app that addresses the needs and concerns of teens and their parents when it comes to menstruation. We believe that by gathering insights directly from parents and teens like yourself, we can create a meaningful and impactful resource.

As part of our research, we have prepared a set of questions in a PDF format that cover various aspects of menstruation, including personal experiences and emotions surrounding this milestone. We kindly request your participation in answering these questions, as your input will shape the development of our app.
